Dennis 5thAve The weights to neutral balance the converter that I've seen are on the side, and are flat & thin. The ones to balance the engine (which a 318 doesn't need) are bigger and on the front. quickd100 MP sells a weight package with instructions, you get all the weights for the different combinations plus instructions on correct placement.
