Torque Convertor ID Tip

One way to check your Tq con to see if it's an 'higher' stall. From the factory there was a standard or low stall and also a high stall.

Is to look down inside the snout and on the inner hub of the convertor, along the top egde of that inner hub there will be notches cut on the end on the hub.

If it has the notches it's high stall convertor. no notches it's a low or standard stall convertor.
