How tight do I tighten wheel bearings?

it's a feel thing.turn the drum while tightening the nut til it's firm.turn the nut back about 1/4 turn and spin the drum it should turn and stop gently(not in little jerks).grab the drum top and bottom and see if there is no freplay.once the wheel is on spin it again and grab the top and bottom to feel for excessive foreplay

The manual says 90 inch pounds...while spinning the rotor...
