Description = This is my dads toy. He started with a shell that cost him 50 dollars and the whole drivers side was destroyed almost 20 years ago. It has progressed very slowly over the years due to the fact that hes been raising three boys. Its a 440 with a Torker 2 intake, 800 Holley double pumper, Hooker Competition headers, Purple Shaft .484 camshaft, stock pistons and bore from 1970, stock heads, a TCI Street Fighter converter,
8 3/4 rear with a 4.56 ratio, and Mickey Thompson 29.5 x 11.5 E.T. Drags. Best E.T. to date is a 12.81 at 81 miles per hour. That was about three years ago with a 2400 converter, 650 double pumper, and stock intake riding the brakes across the finish line. Car should go low 12's high 11's when the bugs are fixed.
