Here is a photo of my 1959 DeSoto Firesweep Sportsman 2 door Hardtop.. The Vehicle is Factory Pink and white in color, interior is silver and black with the Swivel Seat option.. Its a low mileage car (70,000 miles) and drives superb on the open highway.. I have left the car Left Hand Drive for originality (remembering we drive Right Hand Drive here in Australia)..
The car is Powered by the 361 Big Block, which pulls the old beast a long swiftly and quietly.. My DeSoto pulls heads everywhere it goes, with the usual uneducated comments like "Nice Caddy" or "Nice Chevy", something that I find (like most other Mopar owners) quite insulting!!..
